Listing Agreement
No! When you select an agent’s proposal and click Meet Agent, that’s all you are agreeing to do – meet the agent. They will reach out to you to schedule a walkthrough of your property. During this meeting you can discuss what you expect and ask any questions. The agent will explain how they intend to market your home and why they are confident they can sell it for you at top dollar.
You will only sign a listing agreement with the agent if you are totally satisfied and feel the agent is a good fit. If not, you can simply choose a different agent on the Redy website. You are not obligated to sign a listing agreement with any agent unless you are confident in their ability to get the job done.
