There are no subscription fees to use Redy.
Registering for Redy and browsing property listings is free. Agents only pay if they submit a winning proposal and sign a listing agreement with the home seller. This payment includes:
💰 Cash Bonus: Paid to the homeowner after signing a listing agreement.
📲 Redy fee: Service fee visible to agents throughout the entire proposal submission process, paid after signing a listing agreement.
The cash Bonus and Redy fee are only charged to the winning agent’s payment account after Redy receives confirmation that a listing agreement has been signed. There are no fees for winning agents who decline a listing after walkthrough or agents not selected by the homeowner.
