Registering for Redy and browsing available property listings is completely free for agents. There are no upfront fees, subscription costs, or hidden charges to access the platform.
Agents only make a payment if their proposal is accepted by the home seller and a listing agreement is signed. At that point, a single, transparent payment is required. This payment includes:
💰 Cash Bonus: Paid to the homeowner after signing a listing agreement.
📲 Redy fee: Service fee visible to agents throughout the entire proposal submission process, paid after signing a listing agreement.
