# How do I select the right real estate agent?

## After the proposal collection period ends, you will be able to compare and evaluate each agent's proposal to choose the one that best fits your needs. We encourage you to consider all key factors when reviewing proposals, including:

💰 **Cash Bonus:** The amount paid to you after signing a listing agreement.

% **Commission:** The percentage of your home's purchase price paid to the real estate agent

🗓  **Term:** The contract length, determining how long the agent will represent your property

📖  **Agent’s Personalized Message:** Their introduction, experience, areas of expertise, marketing plan, and recent home sales.

Additionally, you have the ability to **message agents directly during and after the proposal period** to ask any relevant questions before deciding who to meet for a walkthrough. This allows you to gain insights into their approach, strategy, and commitment before making your final selection.
