How can sellers communicate with agents?

Engage in conversations with multiple agents who submitted proposals to understand their services, marketing plans, and overall sales strategies before deciding which one to meet with.

During the proposal collection period on Redy, sellers and agents have the ability to communicate via message. This feature enhances the transparency and negotiation process, allowing both parties to clarify details, answer questions, and finalize proposals before a decision is made. The message functionality enables real-time discussions, which can significantly expedite the decision-making process. Sellers can provide additional information about their listing, while agents can share insights into seller preferences or market trends. This collaborative environment fosters a sense of partnership, as both parties work together to address any concerns or adjustments needed in the proposals. 

For Sellers:

  1. How to Access the Message Feature:

    • Once an agent submits a proposal on your property, you will receive a notification (via platform or SMS).
    • Navigate to your dashboard, where you can view the list of proposals.
    • Go to the agent proposal card and click on the Message Agent button
  2. Initiate the Message Feature:
    • Click on the button to open the chat window and begin the conversation
    • You can either choose from the suggested questions or type a custom message to communicate directly with the agent.
  3. Check Notifications:
    • New notifications will appear on your dashboard, and the Message Agent button will be highlighted in green, signaling that you have received new messages.


    For Agents:

    1. How to Access the Message Feature:

      • After submitting a proposal, if the seller initiates a message, the Message button will be highlighted in green, indicating that there is new communication available.
      • Access the Message option from your agent dashboard under "Active Proposals."
