# How do I know a new property is ready to be listed for sale?

## New Property Listed For Sale

Based on your state real estate licenses and the market areas you indicate, you will be notified whenever a property goes live on Redy.  You’ll receive an email notification with property details, and an SMS alert with City and State and instructions to log into your Redy account.
