As a seller on the Redy Platform, you have the flexibility to meet with multiple agents for property walk-throughs before making a final decision. This opportunity allows you to evaluate different perspectives and strategies that each agent may bring to the table. By engaging in these walk-throughs, you can gain valuable insights into the selling process, receive tailored advice on how to enhance your property's appeal, and better understand the current market trends. Step 1: Access Your Seller Dashboard

  1. Log In to Your Account:
    • Begin by logging into your Redy account to access your seller dashboard.
  2. Navigate to My Proposals Section:
    • In your dashboard, locate the My Proposals section, where you'll see all the agent proposals submitted for your listing.
  3. Review Agent Proposals:
    • Carefully review each proposal, noting the agents' terms, commission rates, services, and any cash bonuses offered.

Step 2: Shortlist Agents by Adding Them to the “Agents to Meet” Tab

  1. Click on “Meet Agent”:
    • When you identify an agent you'd like to meet, click the “Meet Agent” button next to their proposal.
  2. Add Agents to Your Shortlist:
    • Each agent you select will automatically appear in the “Agents to Meet” tab on your dashboard.
  3. Use the “Agents to Meet” Tab:
    • This tab consolidates your selected agents into one easy-to-navigate list, allowing you to keep track of and manage the agents you’re interested in.


Step 3: Schedule Walk-Throughs with Shortlisted Agents

  1. Coordinate with Agents:
    • Reach out to each agent on your Agents to Meet list to schedule a property walk-through.
  2. Conduct Property Walk-Throughs:
    • Meet each agent to gain a deeper understanding of their services, approach, and how they plan to help you achieve your selling goals.
    • After each walk-through, take time to consider each agent’s strengths, offerings, and overall compatibility with your selling objectives.

Step 4: Select and Hire Your Agent
