## What is our Cash Bonus?

The **Cash Bonus** is an upfront cash payment made directly to you, the home seller, through the Redy platform. This payment will be issued after signing a listing agreement with the agent whose proposal you accept.

Unlike traditional real estate transactions, where the only payment received is after the sale closes, the Cash Bonus is an incentive paid upfront. By offering this payment, the agent is demonstrating their serious commitment to successfully selling your home.
