Cost to use Redy
Redy is 100% free for agents to sign up today. However, if your proposal is selected by the home seller, and a listing agreement is signed, the proposal amount will be processed, and you will become the exclusive agent for that listing. Your proposal starting amount is transparently displayed with the amount retained by Redy and the amount to be paid to the home seller. From that point an Agent can increase their cash incentive to whatever makes sense to them. Please see our demo for further details. There are no fees paid when an agent declines to take the walk through appointment or after meeting with the home seller at the listing presentation. Agents only pay on the Redy Platform when they are the winning agent and have signed a listing agreement with the home seller.
