How to Create an Agent Proposal in the Redy Platform

Begin by logging into your Redy Platform account and selecting the listing for which you wish to submit an agent proposal.

Next, consider adding relevant attachments such as portfolio samples, testimonials, or video to showcase your expertise and credibility. It is essential to tailor your proposal how you best can represent the seller. 

After completing your proposal, carefully review and submit it through the platform. Then, patiently await feedback from the seller.

By following these steps, you can create a comprehensive and professional agent proposal that increases your chances of securing new business opportunities on the Redy Platform.

 

Step 1 - Log In to the Redy Platform

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the Redy Platform login page.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click the "Log In" button.

Step 2 - Navigate to the Search Section

  • Once logged in, locate the main menu on the top of the dashboard.
  • Click on "Search" to see properties in your area
  • Click on "Create Proposal" on you're to create a proposal for that listing

Step 3 - Create a New Proposal

  • In the Search section, click on the "Create Proposal" button.
  • You will be directed to the Property Details Page (PDM page) to start drafting your proposal.

Step 3 - Enter Basic Information

  • Redy Premium Bid: Amount to Home Seller plus Redy fee. Decide how aggressive you want to be to win a listing and make your offer to the home seller accordingly. The platform will have a starting point based on the valuation from First American. Once the starting point has been established by the platform, you can choose to increase that dollar amount to the home seller to win their listing.  Your Redy Premium Bid will breakdown the Amount to the Home Seller and the fee retained by Redy.
  • Total Commission: Proposed commission on the listing agreement. 

    Tell the home sellers how much you want to be compensated for selling their home. Some agents are submitting just list side compensation, some listing and selling compensation. It’s up to you. Include a message to the home seller if you are recommending list side or both list and buy side compensation.  

  • Contract Term: Proposed term on the listing agreement.  
  • Click "Continue" button.

Step 4 - Enter Services 

  • Choose the services you wish to incorporate into your proposal.

Step 5 - Enter Personalization

  • Include a customized video pitch for the seller.
  • Include a personalized message for the seller.
  • Click "Submit Proposal"

Following the submission of your proposal, the seller will promptly receive a notification alerting them of your interest. They will then carefully review the proposal to assess if it aligns with their requirements and expectations. If your proposal resonates with the seller and meets their criteria, they will likely proceed to schedule a property walkthrough with you. This walkthrough allows the seller to gain a firsthand impression of your capabilities and expertise, ultimately leading to a potential collaboration on the listing. It is crucial to prepare thoroughly for this walkthrough to showcase your professionalism and dedication in representing the seller effectively.

If you decide to withdraw your proposal before the agent walkthrough is scheduled, simply go to your Redy Platform account, locate the listing for which you submitted the proposal, and click on the option to withdraw your proposal.
