How do I select a proposal?

Our process ensures choosing a proposal is simple and easy!

Selecting a proposal on Redy is a thoughtful process that puts you in control. Here’s how it works:

  1. Review Initial Proposals
    Once you’ve received proposals from agents, take the time to review each one, focusing on key details like cash bonuses, commission rates, and agent experience.

  2. Engage in an Initial Discussion
    After reviewing the proposals, you can chat with any of the agents on your dashboard. This conversation provides a great opportunity to ask any questions and clarify how the agent plans to market your property to potential buyers, pricing recommendations, and any additional services they offer to help you sell your home.

  3. Meet with the Agent 
    Select “Meet Agent” next to any of the proposals you feel best fit your needs. The agent or agents you select will then reach out to schedule a walkthrough of your property.

  4. Make Your Final Decision
    Based on your meeting with these agents, you can confidently select the agent whose approach best aligns with your goals for selling your home. You’ll click “Hire Agent” through your dashboard and provide your payout information. Once the listing agreement is signed and the agent processes the Redy Fee, the Cash Bonus will be transferred to you within 1-3 business days. 

This personalized approach ensures that you’re fully informed and comfortable with your choice, giving you the confidence to move forward in the home-selling process with the agent who is the best fit for you.
