How does Redy verify property and home seller information?

Ownership verification

Through First American Title, Redy verifies ownership of the property and confirms that there are no property flags to prevent the sale of the home.  

1. Verify home seller’s property ownership or authority to sell
2. Verify that the home seller is not actively listed for sale. 

However, we encourage agents to practice due diligence before submitting a proposal or signing a listing agreement.
