# Why am I receiving notifications for properties outside of my area?

## Notifications for new property listings are automatically set to our default distance radius for agents.

This feature allows real estate agents to stay informed about new property listings within a specified distance from their location. By setting a default radius of 50 miles, agents can receive timely notifications about potential properties of interest. In more remote areas, where properties are spread out, the notification radius may be increased to 200 miles to ensure that agents are aware of all available listings. This flexibility in the notification radius helps agents stay on top of the market and seize valuable opportunities, regardless of their geographical location.
